30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The 30-day period starts counting from the day of delivery.

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at support@shop-jewelle.com. All items are available for return including opened or unopened products should you not be happy with your purchase. Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority at Shop Jewelle. Please ship your items back to 230 S Hamilton Drive Suite 404, Beverly Hills, CA 90211, ATTN: Shop Jewelle Returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

Please allow 7-10 business days for us to process a full refund back to your original form of payment.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or in rare case you receive the wrong item.  We will be sure to make it right.  Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received your return. You will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  If you have any questions regarding your return or refund please email us at support@shop-jewelle.com.
